How To Change Facebook Page URL Address

After creating a Facebook page you will get your page address on the address bar of your browser. If you do not satisfied your page address you can modified it again. But remember, Facebook allows only ones to change your address. Once you changed you never get back to previous address and you will also never allowed again to modify your page URL address. So be careful to choose your page address.

Here I am showing how can I have changed my facebook page url address. I have created a page on facebook as user name InsideCyberWorld with title of the page is Knowledge Zone and now I want to change its url address from https://www.facebook.com/InsideCyberWorld to https://www.facebook.com/manidinkz since user name manidin is not available.

To change facebook page url address you need to login to your facebook account. If you have created facebook page then you need to click the gear icon located top left side and then select your page. You can also select your page clicking the page name located right side under Page section. Here is the step by step  guides.

Step 1. Open www.facebook.com on your browser

Step 2. Login to your Facebook account with your username or email id and password

Step 3. Click gear icon located top left side and then select your page. You can also select your page by clicking on the page name located right side under Page section in your profile page.  
Step 4. Click Edit Page and then select either Update Page Info or Edit Settings

Step 5. Click Basic Information located left side

Step 6. Click Change Username and type new username.

Step 7. Click Check Availability

Step 8. A pop up window opens for confirmation. Click Confirm

Step 9. Click Okay.

Once you click Okay your page url address is changed. But Facebook provides you only one chance to change either your profile url or your page url address. Once you changed your profile url address or page url address you never get back. Facebook does not have any option to switch back to old url address. So be careful to choose your url address.
