Flickr is the most popular image hosting and video hosting website acquired by Yahoo in 2005. You will find numerous images on Flickr those are uploaded by various amateur photographer. Although most of the photographers reserved  "All Rights", even there are numerous image which are under Creative Commons license.

Creative Commons license images or photos are royalty free which enable others to reuse a copyrighted image or photo. Creative Commons license images have "Some rights reserved" instead to "All Rights Reserved". To download any image from Flickr you need to perform the following steps.

Step 1. At first you need to visit Flickr website.

Step 2. Now you need to type a word in the search box relating to your image. For example: nature, elephant, rhino, river etc. I use the word "Creative Commons" to show you how to download a photo from Flickr. After that you need to either click the search button or hit Enter on the keyboard.

Step 3. Now you will see the thumbnail of  relevant photos relating to your query that you have typed in the search box appears. Scroll down to see more images. After that click on the image that you have liked.
Step 4. Once the that particular image is loaded, in some case you will see a download button (an arrow pointing to down). Sometimes you need to scroll down to see the download button.

Step 5. Once you click download button, you will see all the available sizes for download. Now select the desired size and  then click OK / Save button to download the image.
